Jackie made it big with Rush Hour. But he is injury prone so he is just an insurance disaster.
He is also located in Hong Kong, so he is just ignored.

Denzel is one of the most decorated black actors in Hollywood, but is not bankable as of now so he has been sort of banned from big budget films.
